How we offset your footprint

FastForest — industrial paulownia plantations

FastForest is a division of the Swiss company Web3Eco AG (Zug, CHE-364.476.358). We manage 230 hectares of industrial fast-growing tree plantations in the Fergana Valley. When you offset your carbon footprint through FastForest, you receive direct fractional ownership of the plantation, registered in the Uzbekistan state cadastre. It is a physical agro-asset, not an abstract certificate.

Why paulownia?

🌳
The fastest-growing tree in the world
Up to 6 meters per year. Reaches commercial maturity in 7 years instead of 60–80 for pine or oak.
🔄
Phoenix tree: up to 10 regeneration cycles
Regrows from the same stump after harvest. No replanting needed — a naturally renewable resource.
💨
Record-holder for CO₂ absorption
Up to 50 kg of CO₂ per tree per year. Actively sequesters carbon and improves air quality.
🪵
Participation in the industrial growing and timber sales cycle
The plantation is divided into 7 sections. Each year, 1/7 of the forest is harvested. Participants preserve value in a real asset — an estimated 70% of timber sale revenue is allocated to project participants.

How is this different from a regular offset?

Regular offset
Virtual certificate → not backed by a physical asset → no ownership rights
FastForest
Fractional physical ownership of the plantation → trees absorb CO₂ → real agro-asset in the cadastre

A physical asset in the state cadastre. Entry from $2,500 (0.033 ha).

Methodology: calculations are based on Paulownia (SRF) absorption metrics — up to 50 kg of CO₂ per tree per year at a density of 420 trees/ha. Verified by GREEN WORLD FORESTRY agronomists. Land is registered in the Uzbekistan state cadastre. All monetary figures are estimates and projections.

How it works

How your plantation works

01

Fractional ownership

You acquire a share in a paulownia plantation. A physical asset registered in the cadastre. Minimum plot — 0.033 ha for $2,500.

02

Cyclical 1/7 harvest

The plantation is divided into 7 sections. Every year, 1/7 of the forest is harvested and sold. The trees regrow on their own.

03

Expected harvest realization

An estimated 70% of timber sale revenue is allocated to participants. Plus the environmental contribution: CO₂ absorption.
